387 Fingerling Muskies were stocked by the Muskellunge Club of Wisconsin, Muskie's Inc, and the DNR in Bob's name.

Muskie Stocking at La LaBelle
Muskie are no strangers to the fertile waters of Lac LaBelle A recent DNR survey yielded 6 muskies in the high 40's range according to DNR fisheries biologist Ben Heussner. To reach LaBelle, these nomatdic muskies hae traveled from Okauchee Lake via the Oconomowoc River. It is hoped these stocked muskies will grow fast and provide trophy angling oppportunities for Lake Country anglers. All, a wonderful way to celebrate the life of Bob Baumann. His legacy lives on.
Dave Dawson, Muskellenge Club of Wisconsin and Roxanne Baumann plant fingerlings in crib to acclimate them to the waters of LaBelle. Note...Roxanne came from a business meeting; on short notice; and dressed for business; to be with the guys to stock these fish!
